Hero Blecic has been working as a lawyer in the fields of real estate and trademarks since 2000.
He advises clients on the purchase and sale of real estate and from a legal perspective on financing. He has many years of experience in tenancy, leasehold, and condominium law. He has been a specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law since 2014. Hero Blecic specializes in the review, drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase agreements and in litigation relating to real estate law.
Trademark law is also a key area of his practice. His clients include German and international companies from the renewable energy, finance, health, public relations, and sports sectors.
He assists his clients in establishing and defending their national and international trademark portfolios, whether they are German trademarks at the DPMA (German Patent and Trademark Office), EU trademarks at the EUIPO (European Trademark Office) or international trademarks (IR trademarks) at the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). Hero Blecic has a worldwide network of law firms that support him in Switzerland, the USA and China, among others, due to the licensing restrictions that apply there
