Dominik Eckhardt has been a lawyer since 2003. After an initial activity in the Berlin office of a major law firm operating throughout Germany, he founded his own law firm in 2005. Mr. Eckhardt advises in German, English and French. He is particularly active in the fields of contract law, public procurement law, intellectual property law (competition law, copyright law, trademark law, etc.) and real estate law, both in an advisory capacity and in legal disputes before courts.
In addition, he advises domestic and foreign companies on corporate and employment law issues, in particular in connection with (partly cross-border) restructuring processes.
